What to check before a long booking
The mileage allowance matters far more on a monthly rental than on a weekend. Every listing shows its limit and the charge per extra kilometre, so work out your likely monthly distance and compare. The listing also states the shortest booking the owner accepts, which is what decides whether it appears here.
Agree with the owner who handles servicing during the rental, and how a breakdown is dealt with. A month is long enough that a service will probably fall due inside it.

Can I extend a monthly rental?
Yes, up to the maximum the owner allows and as long as they have not accepted another booking for those dates. Ask early if you think you will need longer.
Can I take one of these for two weeks?
Not these ones — every vehicle on this page has a minimum booking of a month. Search the full fleet for shorter rentals; most vehicles there take bookings from a day.
Is a deposit required for a monthly rental?
Usually yes, and it is refundable. The amount is set by the owner on the vehicle listing.
Who pays for servicing?
The owner remains responsible for the vehicle, but agree the arrangement with them before a long booking so a due service does not come as a surprise.
